The Organisation :

The Pushpanjali Manav Sewa Sansthan, HIG 302 ADA Colony, Naini - 211008 Allahabad Uttar Pradesh, took birth in the year 2002 with a group of dedicated and committed social workers. In the year 2002 the Organisation got its registration under the Societies registration Act 1860 as a non-profit, non-political and non-communal organization based and aims at social, economical, educational, cultural, traditional welfare and well-being of all person irrespective of caste, creed, rate, sex and religion to eradicate and liberate from the bondage of socio-economic backwardness of the people living in the country.

The Pushpanjali Manav Sewa Sansthan was created with the belief that sensitization to the needs aspiration, capabilities and potential of the rural people can play a positive role in strengthening the economics, education and cultural efforts that are vital to the progress of human advancement and understanding. In order to meet and overcome the challenges posed by different forms of inter related social porblems, the Organisation focus on the study of problem from the grass root level and seeks ways and means of solution for the betterment and upliftment of the deprived section.

The Organisation has started working its development in the spheres of community upliftment since its inception for the benefit of the poor and marginal people for sustainable and comprehensive development with its limited resources. The Organisation has organized a series of participatory rural appraisal, meeting and workshop with the village leaders. Youths and women groups and motivated the people to organize themselves to undertake the development works on self help basis and induce the government and other agencies to join hands with the people at the village level for bringing up sustainable atmosphere of the communities.

The Orgainsation presently emphasizes its activities mainly at Uttar Pradesh, at the selected villages where no other NGO/VOs are working with. The Organisation seeks help and partnership with any interested bodies for cooperation and joint venture in the formulation of policies and planning of programmes for the development strategies.

Society Approach:

The Organisation strongly believed that People's Participatory Process (PPP) is an instrument to bring about sustainable development and scope for participation of people in the development process. The people themselves should do identifying of problems, analyzing problems, planning, formulation, and implementing and internal evaluation of the project activities. The Organisation's role is to facilitate for effective execution of the process particularly for the development activities.

Structure Of Society:

The structure of the Organisation is democratic, It is well constituted and followed the constitution of the Organisation. It has General Body members who are dedicated and committed and well experienced in different field of development and social works.

The Organisation has an Executive Committee consisting of 12 members, which is authorized to manage the Organisation smoothly. The Organisation has an important office bearers consisting of 3 members (Presidents, Scretary and Tresurer) to look after the day-to-day affairs for smooth functioning of the society.
